Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust is leading the campaign to save open space and protect the valuable natural resources of the Woodbury, Connecticut area. Since its founding in 1973, Flanders has preserved and stewarded more than 2,000 acres of protected properties, ensuring that woodlands, lakes and trails remain open for everyone to enjoy.
It is vital that Flanders continues its efforts to preserve the land we all love. In these difficult economic times, your monetary and volunteer support are more important than ever. Your involvement allows Flanders to keep working to conserve open spaces, protect important natural resources for future generations and bring high-quality educational programs to more children and adults, throughout the region.
