Maple Celebration

Winter in New England has a sweet side: maple sugar and syrup. Maple sugar- making has a long tradition at Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust in Woodbury, where volunteers tap trees in anticipation of the busy maple season, hold maple sugar-making demonstrations, host a delicious pancake breakfast and cap off the season with a fabulous finale: Flanders Maple Celebration.
